By far the worst experience ever. I received misinforming information regarding a very important deadline, I was told by two individuals employed there the due date, who later denied giving me the information . Received a email from the attorney stating that I missed the deadline. Once I spoke with the attorney Gail Donaldson she was very unprofessional, over spoke me and eventually hung up in my face which is very unprofessional.

I had to make the difficult decision to file bankruptcy. After speaking with Ms. Pool I realized it was best if I did file. Ms. Pool was very professional, friendly, attentive etc. She along with her assistant Tiffany made the entire process very easy. If I had a question at any point they answered that day. I highly recommend them.

Bond & Botes has made a bad situation not seem so bad. They was always real fast response with giving you what they need. While you’re getting it they don’t blow your phone up everyday. T. Barber is awesome and would recommend anybody that needed help to this great company
