Throughout the whole process she responded quickly using the online portal and, having this portal, I was kept in the loop every step of the way even I am from out of state. Kate is knowledgeable and presented her ideas and requests in a very supportive way. She is diligent, analytical and very resourceful. She was extremely well prepared and had me well prepared, all the while communicating with me empathetically. She cares about her clients.
