I was very pleased with the professional services rendered by Delk and Tomlinson. They treated me with respect and helped me understand the process which is hard to do when your emotions are frayed. They provide very good counsel that is grounded in ethics and fairness to all parties involved. While the process is never enjoyable you will walk away knowing that your outcome was as good as you would ever expect. If you are looking for an attorney to rip apart the other person and leave them with nothing, then you should look somewhere else. Keep in mind that the process is expensive and you will be charged for every email and phone call but that is how all attorneys bill. It is a business, but in spite of that you will be a priority to them and their costs are very reasonable. Expect the process to be very slow but again that is the process and not a direct reflection on the firm. In summary, they are very professional, empathetic without being your therapist, fair and ethical and provide very good representation at a reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with this firm.

Got divorce Nov. 16,2016. For some reason she put in decreed that I had to do all paper work. And I did. Got my part from Military. But have never got any thing from Postal service. Have done it 4 times.

They handled my divorce quickly and thoroughly. It was relatively painless, which is more due to the parties involved, but they helped me ensure I retained some important rights concerning my daughter's childhood. I recommend them.

Dana is/was my attorney handling my child custody case. She was great! I have no complaints! She handled everything timely and professionally! Everything was filed quickly! She was always available to answer questions and she was forth coming and honest! She even worked hard to try to keep me from spending more money than I should (which obviously would have benefited her if I spent more money). I would highly recommend this attorney for family court situations!

This firm only cares about money. They should be reported to the bar . My husbands ex hired her . His ex took off to another state and was not allowing the court ordered visitations . We rightly filed in her contempt , yet the Delk firm because of their connection with the judge and the large sum of money his ex gave the firm . She filed against it and the courts just gave them what they wanted without evidence etc. Good thing one of the judges in question is now off the bench because of repeated offenses against the public. We were actually going to retain an attorney from this firm because they listed fathers rights as a specialty area , which us false. They do not care about fathers or cases . They care about winning the case for their client no matter the injustice. You are a pay check nothing more , they do not care.

An outstanding law firm to work with. Dana was very thorough in her process and did an excellent job of preparing me for court.
