We decided to file for Chapter 7 and we searched for lawyers everywhere. Not only was he cheaper than the rest he was so nice and very professional. As soon as we paid our last payment he filed that day. I have seen where so many have said they paid their lawyers and it took them weeks to file for them. Shelby his law clerk is also amazing. She responds to emails pretty quick and she gets everything done. If you are near Montgomery and looking for a good bankruptcy firm, give them a call.
