I was dealing with a situation and ended up coming to Vance. I spoke with Courtney and she communicated with me in a way that I would understand and when I did not understand something she had no problem reassuring me that she would explain it the best way in which I would understand. I recently spoke with Courtney after being rear ended a few weeks ago, and she was so sweet and patient with me. I was so confused about how any of this worked, but Courtney took her time talking to me and explaining everything thoroughly to me.
