Took a while to get things rolling, as is to be expected with gathering information and negotiations, but once they got going I got a good result from a car accident with the Vance Lawfirm. My point of contact was Ms. Doris Billups. She was so kind and helpful. She always kept me informed about what was going on. She called me regularly so that I knew my case was still being worked on but wasn’t at a point of resolution yet. Thanks Vance Lawfirm and Ms. Billups!

Very unprofessional law firm I was waiting 6 months to hear back from an attorney who was no longer with the company so they just closed my case. No type of communication no letter no call back very unprofessional a big waste of time. Had to call the law firm to find out that my case was closed and was told I was at fault please don’t trust this law firm with your information. Scammers
