If I heard anything from these people I had to call them. It has been a whole year and I still have not seen anything. I was coming out of an appointment in Birmingham Al. at a stop sign waiting for my turn to go, when all of a sudden I was struck from behind by a young woman who was on her phone. She left, she did not stay for the police or ambulance to show up, she left me there by myself. I got myself together enough to take a picture of the back of her car. When I got to UAB Emergency room they said that I had a light concussion, whiplash and my back and knees were killing me. The woman that hit me did not get a ticket or anything. The Vance Law Firm sent me to Health Star for weeks and my back did not get better but worse. I have really bad pains in my neck and back. I have to sit in a chair on my job. It seems like that they are representing the woman that hit me more than representing me. I was told that after my bills were paid, I was going to get less than $3000.00. This whole ordeal has just been overwhelming to me. The Law Firm never hear anything that I said. They will be paid more than what they offer me and for a whole year I have never met Vance, I have never met Laura Eubanks, I have seen Tracy Carsey maybe twice in a whole year. I feel like that they don't care anything about my hurts, my injuries nor my pain. It has been a very hard year for me. What they offered me is a great disappointment.

Mr. Wiedman was my attorney and was a god send for me and my family! Vickie Todd was my case manager and she was amazing through out the entire process. She was easy to talk to and she always had an update for me. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of an accident attorney.
