Billie was extremely friendly and professional. I called with a million questions and she took time to answer every question in great detail. I waited to the last minute needing records and she went above and beyond to make sure I received the records. I would give this firm a 10 if I could!

I had the best experience at The Vance Law Firm. I didn’t know what to do or where to begin after my auto accident . I called them and the nicest person named Shawna helped me get an appointment to speak with a lawyer and my stress level is now gone !! They told me all the details of what to do and what to expect when they took my case. I was so relieved. I have been so happy with them, and now my case has been settled. I would recommend this insurance company to anybody because they stayed on top of my case. The settlement didn’t take long at all it wasn’t even a year that I had to wait. Ms. Dorris communicated with me via email and by phone and she also answered whatever questions that I had if I didn’t understand something. They also send you links to let you know what’s next in the steps that they will be taking so you weren’t in the dark about anything at all, god forbid for anything else to happen to me accidental wise but if it does they are who I will be calling.

Vickie Todd was amazing! She stayed in touch regularly throughout a very complicated and long process. She kept us informed and was patient in answering our questions that I am sure we asked more than once. Attorney Kyle met with us when we had additional questions and again made sure we understood everything. (Even if may have been news that we didn’t necessarily want to hear).
