I have never had to use a lawyer before, but I had a motorcycle wreck in April of 2020. A person ran a stop sign.I hit the car totalled my motorcycle. I had fracture d feet bruises and stitches but never stayed a hospital someone frm Vance Law Firm reached out to me three days later and recommend me talk to someone frm the firm . And I did.i talked to about 2 different peoples.the 3rd person I talked to was Vickie Todd a case manager at they firm in which I want to personally Thank.She seemed more concern about my injury than the case.She kept me informed on all the procedures of my case.I even got a Happy Birthday and a Merry Christmas text from the firm in which I loved Vickie Todd also explained to me that the case I have can take up to 6 yrs to b acted upon.Thank God it only took about a yr and a half before d settlement.I never had to deal wit anyone but her and she was the last person i dealed wit at the signing!!Thank you Vickie Todd for your concern ur kindness.And a Big Thanks to Vance Law Firm for work so hard to getting me the settlement I deserve.

I recommend this law firm. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve 10 because they really got to work on my case, they made sure I was taken care of and Ms. Doris took out the time and patience's to ALWAYS keep me aware of what was going on. And she answered all my MANY questions and concerns in a timely manner. (with patient's, courtesy, and knowledge. I must say they are the best around. Doris Billups was wonderful. She called frequently and kept me and my son updated on the progress of his case. She was very kind and caring. His case was handled in a very timely manner. Great firm to work with.
