I will start out by saying that it is extremely distressing to be involved in a wreck in another state caused by an under-insured distracted driver who was going more than fifty-five miles per hour and never put on brakes. The most stressful part occurs when you go back home, and you cannot get medical help because it was an “automobile accident”. After struggling for over a year and getting treatment from a chiropractor and being referred for physical therapy, I wound up having to pay back my health insurance provider for those visits and was left with no one who would help me. After hearing Vance Law Firm ads on our local TV station, I decided to “Call Three, for me-333-3333” because I really needed help. Carlton took my case information and got things started. Lexi made tons of copies of the paperwork I had already received. Tonia became my case manager and worked behind the scenes with Attorney Kyle. Tonia immediately got to work and got my auto insurance company to pay for physical therapy until my medical coverage ran out, and they worked with the insurance company of the driver in Florida who was at fault. She always responded when I called or emailed with more information. She also was the calming voice I needed. Then Covid happened making it difficult to see any doctor. Then the money ran out. Vance Law Firm started working on getting our auto insurance…that is supposed to cover my medical costs because we have the uninsured/under-insured motorist coverage...to accept responsibility. (The insurance companies don’t want to turn loose this money.) Tonia was always helpful and made sure that my health insurance provider’s correspondence/bills and my auto insurance correspondence went to her at Vance Law Firm. Whenever I had a question or had more information, she was always helpful and worked with Kyle to finally get my case resolved. I never knew how difficult it would be to deal with insurance companies and medical providers because I had never been injured in a wreck. I don’t know what I would have done if I had not gotten legal help. I will always have problems caused by my injuries, but I was able to have my surgery and physical therapy…which I am now continuing at home. I am so thankful that I called 333-3333, The Vance Law Firm. You just can’t deal with these insurance companies on your own when personal injury is involved.

Good law firm! Good communications with their clients. They explained the procedures to me and that was how it happened. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the occasion arose.

Don’t not use this firm. Definitely did nothing for me .. I had 2 prior cases that I first considered this firm for consultation and representation. It was difficult to get information from them. After calling many times. No call backs to be updated on current events..Even emailing it took weeks to get a reply’s. And the attorney didn’t seem to take neither case seriously. After I found a new law firm. I was charged a lien on the cases they did nothing to win. And got more from the new firm. I will never use them again this was my experience from using Vance. A big mistake

I got less than half of my settlement back. The communication was very poor and Honestly they didn't go into detail with me on anything. They didn't explain what was going on with my case very well with me nor did they ask me if I was satisfied with the agreed upon settlement. I don't know if it's because maybe I'm young but I feel played. I wouldn't have settled for that if I had known what I actually was getting back

What a waste of time. They made out but I ended up in the hole. Be careful, don’t believe all the advertisements. Vance got 40% for making only a few calls. I never met with my attorney and only know who she was at the end of the settlement. I barely got back my medical costs. (Very Disappointed)

I feel like your just a number here they don't get very personal with you they will set up a Dr appt but never ask you anything about if you can make the appt which in return makes you look like a fool and when you call to discuss the matter with your so called case manager taracey she will just huh huh you soni changed lawyers

The Firm gets 5 stars The timely fashion I experienced gets 4 stars Y'all moving on me to another location gets 4 stars, But all around the staff,the friendliness,the cute smiles,even from Stuart commercials gets 5 Stars
