I'm not sure who everyone else has experienced but I have been my own person in charge literally!! I have had to email the case manager myself several times. I have went weeks with no response from her. Definitely wouldn't recommend this firm unless you know the attorney will stay on your case. Currently 6 months and still waiting.

Very disappointed with the level of service from this firm. I became their client in July of 2019. I have reached out multiple times to get an update and only after sending a very strong email in September did I ever get a reply. Since then I have received not one single acknowledgment or response. If I would have known that my Case Manager was just going to completely ignore me then I would have gone with a different firm. I will never use them again!

Not satisfied with this law firm. . It appears they are only interested in large paying clams...not good for small settlement accident claims...
They lure you in for reasons of their own benefit...

Did our family lawsuit in an accident. He was great. Only thing to be aware of is will call you and stay in the phone for an entire hour talking your case then about random stuff so he can bill you for the entire hour (all of our conversations lasted exactly an hour before he "had to go"). Just be careful about that. Everything else went great
