I closed a couple of transactions with Kristi. I had a very bad experience with the second transaction. They did not respond on time. When they prepared my promisory note, they made several mistakes. I communicated with them multiple times to fix those issues, even the buyer contacted them multiple times. They simply ignored the communications. They did not even bothered to reply us. I would not recommend them. I stay away from them. Very bad attitude. I hope they change their attitude towards their clients after receiving many complaints from clients.
