The most unprofessional attorney office I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If you deal with this law office please check, double check and even triple check every thing that they tell. On the first visit was told by Ms. Johnson we could file Chapter 7, two weeks later Ms. Katina Johnson called and said we had to file 13. Should have known then not to do with this particular office at that point. The “attorney” at filing said if you have anything that will decrease your payments (ex. Change of job status, increase of bills, having another child) please give them a call to decrease our payments. Well, we had a child called in and turned in all of our documents into the Montgomery office, after making several calls and people saying that they would let the “attorney” know. We finally received some information from one of the associate ladies( which I had to call again) 2 months later!! We were so disgusted with them as far as them not knowing what to do and giving out misinformation we would rather just deal with someone else. Today, since my case was dismissed I asked for a copy of my things and also my current balances, was told I can have that because I need to speak “with the attorney first” just to know my balance on my outstanding debt? Also, I asked for the title of my car(car was paid off before dismissal) was told to speak with the leinholder, spoke with them they said the “attorney” needs call(another misinformation) and release it and call the leinholder bankruptcy dept. Never in my life I have dealt with this type of unprofessional treatment. If you decide to file go to DAVID WESTON.
