It would have been nice to actually meet the attorney that was representing me, but sadly I never did. The legal aide was notoriously hard to get in contact with. Never in her office and no matter how many messages I left, she rarely called back and when she did for some reason I would only get a voice message. I would not recommend this place at all. I can only speak from my own experience, but I never met Quinn Brock and Danielle never returned my calls within 24 hours. It was more like she was never in her office or we played phone tag for days. It was unprofessional.

From the moment I walked in there was a pleasant atmosphere. I am very pleased with everyone I spoke with. Most of my questions were answered before I could even speak, which gave me an ease I hadn't had lately on many things I needed to do .
