Lack of responsiveness and communication from some staff

“It would have been nice to actually meet the attorney that was representing me, but sadly I never did. The legal aide was notoriously hard to get in contact with. Never in her office and no matter how many messages I left, she rarely called back and when she did for some reason I would only get a voice message. I would not recommend this place at all.”
