I would highly recommend Sasser and O'Rear! Will O'Rear and Janelle worked very hard on helping my mom to get appointed as my aunt's representative to her estate. We are out of state and were unable to do a lot of the paper and they assisted and worked endlessly to help my mom out. This turned out to be a very long process, the state of Alabama didn't make it easy but they never gave up. My mom and I are very appreciative for all their hard work.

Will O'Rear wrote up the complaint, response, and uncontested divorce agreement between my ex-wife and I as we amicably split. He was available for the quick questions I had throughout. It went even easier than anticipated, to the point that he refunded a portion of the retainer after it was all finalized, so I appreciate the honest business practices there.

Not long ago we had to go before the courts for contempt issues. Jennifer was great she knew the law when the other 2 attorneys (one being my ex-wife) did not. The judge and his assistant acknowledged that Jennfier was correct. My ex-wife and her law firm partner didnt know what they were talking about. Jennifer is awsome at what she does.

I will simply say that after 10 months of worry and fear of the worst, God lead me to an attorney who took my case on as if she were fighting for her own family. She is viscous in the courtroom and an angel outside of it. Love her!!
