I wanted to say that Mr. Patrick Mahaney is the best attorney that I could have gotten. He was very personable from the beginning and has a genuine care for helping find a solution to the problem. In my case he helped me out of a really, really bad situation, and by the end, their was relief, as he got me the best outcome, one that I did not expect. I am extremely blessed to have had Mr. Mahaney represent me, and should you, or anyone else be in a situation involving a DUI, I can tell you from experience, there is no one that I would rather have on my side, then Mr. Patrick Mahaney.

I first contacted three attorneys and I loved Mahaney from the get go he knew his laws and explained to me what exactly I was charged with and what my options were. He took time out of his weekends and nights to sit with my husband and I to talk about my case and really did care about me and my innocence. He prepared me for every verdict so I wouldn't get my hopes up if we lost. I had three huge terrible charges, which could have hindered my work and schooling and personal life. He did a wonderful job and I was found NOT GUILTY of every charge besides the improper tires which I feel is more than I could have ever asked for or expected. Mr. Mahaney was extremely knowledgeable related to my case and diligently worked (more than once I receiv3d calls on a Saturday or Sunday from him... what other lawyer works on the weekend?) on my behalf. He is very knowledgeable related to the Alabama and Montgomery court system and as a former state trooper has many law enforcement contacts. He was a tremendous help to me.
