What can I say about Mrs. Kelli Day, she took on my divorce towards the end. My 1st attorney was not representing me and she knew my divorce would definitely be a challenge. But all I can say is that she took up the challenge and I know without a shadow of a doubt she represented me and definitely got me more than I would have. Before obtaining her as my 2nd divorce attorney, I could not sleep and barely ate due to the stress of not being properly represented by my 1st attorney, but once she took on my case, that was no longer an issue, because, she did more in 1 day than what had been done in 3 months. She's caring, no nonsense, fights for her clients and just. And I saw this in my case. If you are blessed to have her as your attorney as I was able to, do what she ask. If she requests things from you, get them to her efficiently and know that she will fight for you.Kelli honestly cares about her clients and I am so very thankful to God she took on my divorce.

Kelli and her staff are truly amazing. My case was a very difficult custody case. I chose to move out of state knowing there was a possibility that I could lose full custody of my child. Kelli was very straight forward with me on the potential of not "winning" our case. However, I knew she was the right person to represent my daughter and I. My case was not about winning but getting the best outcome for everyone involved. She worked diligently to get me the best outcome. She was more that just an attorney, she truly does care about her clients and puts everything she has into her cases. She knows the law and understand it. If I have anything that may arise later on down the road she will def be the person I call!

I do not recommend using. I was on the phone explaining a situation, and the receptionist hung on me instead of listening to all the details.

in 2010, I had a weird ticket (minor and obscure infraction) in Alabama that had a mandatory court appearance, and due to stupidity, I didnt show up to court (I live in Florida and didn't know that I could retain a lawyer to go). My license was suspended and I had a Failure to Appear and a huge problem. For a reasonable price, Mr. Mahaney fixed my case and got me back my drivers license and put an end to an ordeal!

Kelli assisted me through my unfortunate circumstance of divorce (with kiddos!) Kelli was SO kind, communicative, patient, and understanding. Of all the troubles of divorce, I was so thankful that she made this part of the process as quick and seamless as possible. Thank you Kelli!
