Mr. Mahaney is the one of the best DUI lawyers in Alabama. He has literally written books on Alabama DUI law and has help dozens and dozens of clients get favorable outcomes on their CDL suspensions and DUI and criminal charges. Prosecutors know he is a very serious lawyer who knows how to beat them. Mr. Mahaney is fair on fees and works hard for his clients.

I hired Patrick to help me with a DUI trial that involved intoxication (methamphetamine). He was instrumental in helping us resolve the case. His keen knowledge of the DUI statue and the work arounds made all the difference in our case.

Small and very personable law firm. You gonna deal directly with Kelli most of the time. I could not be any happier with the outcome of my case and I went through a highly contested divorce with children involved and lots of stuff to fight over. My old lady hired the most expensive lawyer in town and at the end we ended up settling for almost exactly our original proposal terms. I would even have to pull Kelli back at times because she wanted to get me even better terms but I was fine giving a little bit extra since its my kids that will benefit the most from it. So, yes, when I need a lawyer next time (and there is gonna be a next time sooner or later with my old lady) she will be the one I will call.

I hired Mr. Mahaney due to him being highly recommend this was the biggest mistake I made I was promised I would keep my CDL license if I agreed to the deal. With all faith in Mr. Mahaney word and hands he did not fall through with his word. I lost my license and have been out of work since December 2019 I am a father of 4 and before I hired him I stressed the importance of keeping my license for my personal business for taking care of my family. Not only did I lose my license I have fines at the rear and reports I have to make with now not having a job. I personally do not recommend Mr. Mahaney for any reason.
