Ms. Fann and J.R. were so professional and helpful. They were detailed and kept my best interest at heart throughout the entire process of my case. In the end, we got what we wanted and I couldn't be happier. You will not regret using Ms. Fann.

Wonderful group!!

Ms.fnn and J.R are great at what they do... They get all the facts and are very professional... It was a long fought battle for me and my kids but in the end justice was served.

I was a paternal grandmother, and no one would help me because of that. But Heather and J.R. came along and fought the long and hard battle with and for me. They were both God sent and I must also add that world need more people like them. They were truly a blessing to me. I would like to thank them both for their hard work and dedication.

Could not afford these people child custody for 4 started with a 8.000 deposit for each child.

I chose one star without comment because I just less and less have it in me to complain these days. I see their response which is an inaccurate accounting of real events and attempts to minimize my review. I will clarify that during my initial consultation with Ms. Fann, she laughed at me. It was more than clear she did not respect me or my life at all. That said, we agreed that I would be working with one of her staff not her specifically and I decided to push forward. She is an alpha, thinks she knows everything, does not like to be questioned, nor to explain herself to us "little people". I submitted everything she asked for and when I was being harassed daily, I followed up with her on next steps when I hadn't heard from her. She fired me. Something to the affect of "obviously we can't meet your high standards". I asked her to reconsider and she refused, she simply didn't want to be questioned (or really was too busy but made it out to be my fault).
