Mr. Arnold called me personally and explained why he would not be taking my case. He recommended alternative solutions to my problem, going well above and beyond what I expected, since I was not a client. Very honest and professional. 5 stars.

Mr Arnold took on a case for my wife and myself when a few other attorneys would not. He was always available if we had questions or concerns, he kept us informed if there was any developments. Both of us had rather difficult cases but Mr Arnold advised us in our best interest even if it meant he would not get to settle my case and not receive a fee. Mr Arnold was successful with my wife's case and we are very pleased. Hopefully we will not need his service again but if we do, we will definitely call Mr Arnold. My wife and I both highly recommend Mr Arnold to anyone needing representation. Thank you again Mr. Arnold

Allen Arnold is by far the best attorney I have had for legal representation! If you want an attorney who will let you know the process up front, communicates with you (typically the same day you ask a question), very thorough, updates you consistently, treats you like you’re a person and not just a client, is always one step ahead, knows exactly where the case is at, and has a paralegal (Whitney) who is just as knowledgeable and carries the same expertise and qualities that Allen has… then Allen D Arnold is who you want on your side. Allen Arnold will take the time to listen to your case and offer you advice. He is upfront about everything and gives you realistic expectations. After seeing Attorney Arnold on Law Call Fox 6. I called to speak with him. The receptionist took generic info as I explained the issues that he advertised during the show. An associate returned my call leaving a message stating they couldn't help me. When I called back to speak with the associate I left a message specifically for her. She never returned the call and neither did he.

I had a very complicated case and I could barely find an attorney to listen to my case and as I was ready to just give up, Allen Arnold took over my case. He always kept me updated and he always was in contact or would immediately return my phone calls and emails if I had any questions about my case! Without question, Mr. James B. Griffin is a VERY caring and knowledgeable attorney. He listens to your questions and concerns attentively and makes sure that they answered. I seems that due to my age I basically was told, "there's nothing that I can do for you" . I feel as if I should be taken as serious as the next case. Even if you feel like you cannot help me (or do not want to help) with my situation you could at least attempt to give some wise advise. I was expecting a different outcome. God Bless!

Allen Arnold spoke to me as if I was mentally uncapable of even understanding law and how the process works. If I would have been given time before I had to hang up before taking all the disrespect I could take he would have found out I was being forced to work in extremely unsafe electrical conditions and that I also was in law enforcement for a total of 14 years so i understand law just fine. He is extremely rude and would not recommend this firm in helping anyone.
