Attorney Arnold represented me in my ADA case. He took on my case when no other attorney would touch it. He was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and was able to resolve my case in less than twelve months. I am very satisfied with the results of my case. I would recommend him to anyone seeking professional representation.

I wouldn’t recommend this attorney to anyone. In a less than 10 minute phone consult, he came across as condescending and arrogant. His tone was totally uncalled for. I’m certain there are better attorneys in Birmingham than him. Steer clear.

Allen helped me during one of the scariest times of my life. I had been wrongfully terminated, and was requested to sign a severance agreement, which made me leery. I contacted Allen immediately and he met me first thing the next day. While in the office (or Zoom), hopefully you meet Whitney, who works with Allen, and keeps it all in order. A joy to work with. As for Allen, he’s so easy to work with. Sometimes his scattered mind appears as though he isn’t present and listening, but trust me, he doesn’t miss a beat. During our consultation, he detailed what will be the process. He said it would take about 18-24 months, and that was correct (Oct 2019 - Mar 2021). Luckily my employer wanted to settle. So Allen negotiated a deal with my former employer, which was satisfactory. There is a chance that even with Allen’s Midas touch, some cases are un-winnable, whether it is fair or not. However, regardless the outcome, Allen will work hard for you, continue to communicate when he has more information (remember, the government moves slow), and exhaust all avenues possible. Lastly, his rates are more than reasonable. Take the 30 minutes to meet Mr. Arnold, and let him make you feel a litter safer, during a terrifying time. I wish you luck with your case. This is the best attorney in Alabama! I was impressed the speed in which he works, and how hands on he was in handling my case. I wouldn’t spend me money anywhere else.
