completely unprofessional and unhelpful when I needed simple questions answered

Bobby is extremely professional and caring for his clients. He was referred to my brother and I after we lost our mother. I am so glad we had his knowledge and expertise throughout the probate process. He was there every step of the way, answering all of our questions. We are forever grateful and will recommend him to our friends and family.

Horrible!! He Would not call back, did not call at all! The trial date was changed and he never let us know. No communication or updates throughout the process. Stay away!! Find a different attorney!! My sister and her husband are being sued, and he had no communication with them. The court date was set, and he would not even talk to us the day before. They have had no communication with him about what is going on. My brother in law is Joshua Carter. He was being sued by a car dealership and his previous place of employment. It was a referral from Legal Shield. You walked in and stated "We are probably going to lose." You told them the day of court they needed a witness. WHAT?? Why did you not communicate that the week before?? They called multiple times. I called and got no response. Absolutely horrible representation, and YES, this is a legitimate post!
