If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He was always very responsive, knowledgeable, and resourceful. He took a terrible situation, and, in the words of the judge, "By the good graces of your attorney we're reducing the charges". I'm incredibly grateful for his help.

I contacted him for a consultation he was rude I live out of state he is the only lawyer who tried to get me to come in his office after even being told I live in another state this is for a speeding ticket and wanted to know what all the other attorneys are charging that I have spoken with this guy is shady and is not a professional he deserves 0 stars

Reggie is the most amazing person ever. He helped me in my time of need and he done the most spectacular job of anyone could ever expect. Reggie is a wonderful and caring person Beyond his own needs. He helped me when I was in a very hard bind and I appreciate that from the bottom of my heart. Reggie himself has a wonderful heart for sincere and honest people. I believe Reggie is God sent to help people that are in great need. My daughter attends UA and oftentimes has to drive herself or friends to the Birmingham airport to fly home for breaks. On one such trip she was issued two traffic violations for improper lane change and speeding. Considering she is a Florida resident and this occurred out of state I was very concerned on how to handle this from afar. I had the good fortune of finding Attorney Smith on line. After researching his reviews and speaking with him briefly, at no charge I might add, he provided a straightforward and honest consultation. I decided to retain him to represent my daughter. Attorney Smith did not make any promises on the outcome. As a matter of fact he was direct in saying that more than likely we would not beat both tickets. After I sent him his reasonable retainer he went straight to work. Attorney Smith kept me abreast of the progress until the day of the hearing. He phoned me personally with the results and asked that I be available to discuss options the morning of the hearing had things not gone as hoped. Fortunately things went great and Mr Smith was able to have both charges dismissed. I would highly recommend Attorney Smith to handle your legal matters should any arise.
