I had a closing and found an error in the number, when I contacted them I was told I'd get a call back, after 2 days and no call back, I called again. I was screamed at and hung up on with no resolution to the error. I have closed with countless law firms but never been treated so unprofessional. I really hope that this is not the way problems are handled when people are trusting the biggest investment of their lives to be handled professionally and accurately. 🙄
