I watched a webcast about the differences between wills and trusts given by Brenton McWilliams. It was very informative. I shared the information with my husband and we decided to give them a call. We set up a free consultation with their office. We decided to go with a trust. The process was fairly simple. We did have to visit our bank and financial advisor but they handled the rest. It was a fairly easy process. The staff is very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend them to fulfill your final wishes.
