Olivia Newton (one of the attorneys here) was awful. Not because she was on my fathers side with this courtcase, but how she handled her job. The first time she had gotten in contact with my mother was through FACEBOOK, which was highly unethical and my mother had to call kesling law firm to make sure she even worked there. Along with being unprofessional she made the whole process much more difficult, and took much more time than is should've. Instead of Olivia Newton sending my mother all of the papers in one go for my mother to then copy, sign, then send back, Olivia decided to send my mother not only just a third or so of the paper, but send her the worng ones! Now, this could've been requested by my father, she did it on purpose, or ir was an honest mistake. Either one, it shouldn't have happened. If you are in a job that can, does and will change lives you shiuld be making sure your giving the right papers, and making this process go as smoothly as possible. I highly advise that as her higher ups you take this review into account and have a talk with her about it because this is not okay, and just one bad employee can make you lose quite a lot of customers. I am 100% sure that your law firm itself is not the problem or an issue, but this one employee is. Please see to having a productive conversation about this.

First of all your website said that you are open today. Which is Saturday, That’s why I called you and try to get some help. You were very short and and very rude. Don’t matter what I’m still your customer you could be a little bit nicer softer in your voice instead screaming at my face saying that you’re not open today and get someone to call me back on Monday it is not what you said just how you said it that upset me, as a lawyer. I know you have a stressful job, but you need to be more polite to your customers and you should appreciate it when people trust you and call you because there’s plenty of lawyer out there, and also make sure you get on your website and let everyone know that you closed on Saturday. I’m not being pity I just be truthful from my experience this morning with you Josh
