Joshua is THE BEST! He worked quickly & effectively in recovering a musical instrument for me that I was unable to retrieve from the borrower directly. In less than 48 hours he recovered it for me. I so appreciate his quickness to respond to assist me. The instrument was sentimental in that it belonged to a deceased sibling. Now I will always be able to remember my brother & his love of music thanks to Joshua for recovering the instrument in good condition including the case. I am happy to have it back.
