First time filing bankruptcy and wish I would have used somebody else,very rude,very unprofessional,didn’t even tell me when my case was over,and if you call for info on your case or anything they act like it’s a problem….do yourself a favor….GET someone else

They are incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process of Filing Bankruptcy. In addition to that, they are never dismissive or judge mental. They were supportive throughout the entirety of my filing and are always quick to respond with concerns or questions. If they can’t tell you immediately, you will get the answer from them very quickly. I am happy to say that I just finished my Chapter 13 an entire year early. In the four years preceding they always dedicated themselves to making sure I stayed up to date on any issue or adjustments and never made me feel like they weren’t fully vested in my case. Their prices are far lower than any others I looked into and you can actually speak directly with the person in charge of your case. Look, life happens. Bad things happen to incredible people. My story needs to be told, if I can help ONE person, my due diligence is done. I lost everything beginning in Nov of 2019. My husband lost his GOOD job bc he missed a vital crane appointment. He had 104° fever cold sweats, vomiting, cough...ya know COVID symptoms. We didn't even know what covid WAS at this point. He couldn't move, much less DRIVE an oversized load 200mi. He was fired immediately. We had 2 small girls at the time. From then on, cards were maxed out, we couldn't afford gas, house payment, food, BILLS! Stretched to the MAX was an understatement. Before this, we were CDL OTR team drivers. My girls have seen the whole US. I came off the road to raise my kids "normally" but kept my license so I could work after my youngest went to school. Well, fast forward..My CDL was taken away due to "not satisfying courts." I couldn't pay my debts, and this was my livelihood. I was devastated! I had to pay over 9k just to "satisfy" courts to BEGIN to get my license. I lost everything! My credit score was garbage by now. I couldn't get a loan to pay it. I felt trapped and helpless. I couldn't help my husband financially and felt like a burden 😔 I was HARASSED ALL DAY by creditors calling and sending letters. I had no choice but to get some help. I called Cobb, and my life started to brighten up. They not only answered ALLLLL of my 100s of questions but helped my get my license BACK! It's a great feeling to be free from that dark time. I praise God and thank the entire team at Cobb. If you're in limbo on asking for help, just call. I realize the shame and embarrassment that comes with calling, but that feeling WILL pass. They have a free consultation and can let you know if they can help you. These folks are ACTUALLY honest and so very helpful.
