I've know Phillip Bahakel for almost 20 years. Not only is he a knowledgeable and effective attorney, but he is a kind, compassionate person and a loving father.

Phillip Bahakel was the judge that had overseen our custody case... he was stern but fair and upon looking over every piece of evidence swiftly came to a decision. As a lawyer he handles himself in the same manner because he understands how a judge thinks as well as knowing the law to it's fullest extent... very pleased how he treats his clients and know you are in good hands.

I cannot thank Mr. Phillip Bahakel enough. He is an attorney with heart. He genuinely cares about his clients as others are writing on their reviews. It was in the middle of the summer holiday. Just a few days before my Monday wedding in Alabama, I eventually found out from a third party that the assigned attorney of my state doesn’t want to do the prenuptial reading for me, but just kept me in the dark. Immediately, I called my home attorney’s office, but they needed at least 3 work days which was too late for the wedding. I called a dozen more, both in my state and in Alabama. No attorney was available for such short notice. Again, it was in the middle of summer holiday. Then, it was Friday just a few minutes before 5 o’clock in Alabama, Mr. Bahakel’s was the 19th attorney office I called that day. I was hopeless and ready to hear either voice recording or “no”. But, Mr. Bahakel kindly took my call and listened to my situation very patiently, and agreed to have the reading on Sunday (!) to be on time for my wedding. Upon the appointment, he was very patient, very professional, and gave me good legal tips and advice. Additionally, Mr. Bahakel didn’t charge me anything other than a very reasonable fee. I am a foreign national with a heavy accent from out of state. He could easily take advantage of my desperate situation and could have asked any price he wanted, but he didn’t. Mr. Bahakel is an amazing attorney with a caring and generous heart. He is truly, an honorable former judge.
