Terrible service. Casey took $500 from me and told me “oh you have to gets the papers cancelled it’s easy and you can get your $500 back” I jumped through hoops and the process was insane. She argued with me stating “I’ll just do it myself since you can’t seem to do it.” Very unprofessional place and definitely couldn’t keep up with closing process and times. We had to push back our closing date multiple times. Casey is very unprofessional. Also waiting to hear back from her for a whole month calling every other day about getting paper work done that WAS suppose to be done at closing but they couldn’t get the buyer back in to sign the paper work.
