Mr. Gibson Holladay has always been an upfront and honest type of man. He want cut corners or leave you in the dark about anything.

Gibson was appointed to me. He refused to listen to what I had to say he was arrogant, belittling and disrespectful. My case was a revocation of probation. I had failed to report my last 2 months of probation because I went to rehab. While I did not finish my program and the proper paperwork had not been received by my probation officer there was a warrant for my arrest and a recommendation that my probation be revoked and I serve two years in prison. when I asked holaday to make a counter offer anything to keep me out of prison he refused to talk to the D.A. and told me it was up to me to do the talking and he wouldn't review or read the statement I had prepared. When I was in front of the judge the D.A. and my probation officer wanted to revoke and I serve 2 years in prison Gibson openly agreed to it and did or said nothing on my behalf. No thanks to him I requested myself without his council that I be revoked to community correction allowing me to prove my ability to continue being a productive member of society as I had been being since my conviction. The Judge said himself that he thought it was a great idea and agreed to my request. If Gibson was a good lawyer he himself would have made the request but he didn't try a single thing to help me. I question his motives of being a criminal lawyer and his collusions with the district attorneys conspiring to get as many convictions as possible and fill the prisons.

I have retained Gibson holliday as an attorney to settle through a unborn child and a DNA custody case it was actually awesome because I don't know a sole who enjoys going to court but to make along story short we were able to compromise this in his office with him written paperwork to be signed and comply or we will which party felled to follow the agreement suffered more consequences like court fees Department Human Resources fees and anything else the judge seen fit! So just with a plan to be civil and reasonable for the sake of the family to be. He showed so much confidence that you could tell that level headed was one of his qualities and I will request him to anyone. Thanks again Gibson I was a Sanders back 10/12yrs ago to jog your memory but I am glad your still with it!!!!
