When I first started my child custody case, I was 100 percent lost as I had NEVER had to deal with something like this before. After searching for a child custody attorney, one that a friend had highly recommended, had been Jo Anna. Walking in her office with what I had in hand, I had absolutely no clue what to expect. Over the course of the last few months, I have given her everything I possibly could, Jo Anna reassured me that everything was going to be okay. I had no idea what to expect at all but in the end, I was able to get joint custody over my youngest and everything I had asked for. Ms. Lynn even explained things to me and, like Jo Anna, reassured me that things were going to be okay. Even with me being prepared when I walked into the court room and even for mediation, I was assured that things would be okay. Things were okay and worked out to where I could get time with my youngest child. Overall experience with Jo Anna was more than what I had expected.

Jo Anna and her assistant Lynn at truly amazing! I live out of state, and they handle my case as if I was in their office for every discussion. They always answered my emails in a timely manner, even after buisness hours (due to me being in a different time zone). JoAnna was willing to fight for me when no other attorney would. I would highly recommend JoAnna to anyone that is dealing with custody issues, whether it be complex or simple. She will make sure to spend the time gathering all the facts and reviewing every avenue to get you the best results she possibly can. She gave me the victory I needed to move forward!

My trial date for a divorce is in three days, but I wanted to write about Jo Anna before any verdict because that is how amazing she is. My divorce is a high conflict case with lots of accusations and false reports (Police/DHR/DFAC). I would do anything for my children, even stay in a relationship that is damaging towards me. Leaving my spouse left me feeling afraid and worried but the moment I signed on with Jo Anna I had the strength I needed to get me this far. Jo Anna is a beautiful person, inside and out. She is kind, understanding and has so much compassion for her clients. When I talk to Jo Anna there is not a time that I walk away feeling worried or anxious because I know she has the best intentions for me and will do everything she can to get me the best outcome. She has been my lifesaver through this trying time in my life and I don’t know what I would have done without her. There are things money just can’t buy, and I have been so fortunate to hire an attorney that cares so deeply about me and my children. If you thought I was done, you should know Jo Anna also has a wonderful legal assistant, Lynn. If I ask a question and she doesn’t have an answer she always gets back with me. Lynn has also held my hand through this entire process and also took part in wiping away plenty of tears. These ladies are everything and more. I promise if you choose Jo Anna you won’t regret it.

If you look up the meaning of GOD SEND, it should have a picture of Jo Anna Parker and her name beside it as the meaning. The meaning of GOD SEND is “ a very helpful or valuable event, person, or thing”. GOD sent me to her and I will forever be thankful and grateful for Jo Anna. I can sit here and honestly say how Wonderful, Caring, Amazing, NOT scared to FIGHT for you, She’s got YOUR back, you NEVER feel alone, type of person that Jo Anna is and the list will go on and on. Her heart is pure and she is just as beautiful inside as she is on the outside. She got everything awarded to me that we were asking for pertaining to my daughter. Don't walk, RUN away from here office. She was completely useless in the entire process. Hate to even give her one star. Complete waste of time and money dealing with her. Very unprofessional and you will always deal solely with her assistant, never her. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a attorney. Worst decision I ever made other than marrying my ex.

Jo Anna and her staff are very friendly. I have enjoyed Jo Anna as my attorney and she is great at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone.
