Brad and his staff are the most dependable and trustworthy group I have had the pleasure of working with. We had a complex case dealing with terminating parental rights that took a while to have resolved, Brad and his staff kept my husband and I up to date every step of the way and made the process as easy and stress-less as possible for us. If we ever need any type of legal representation in the future Brad is the only person we will see. We trust him with our family and recommend him to anyone seeking a dependable and honest lawyer.

Well if you want to waste your time and be given the run around this might be the place for you. I gave Jullian paperwork in August that she asked me to turn in and I waited about 2 1/2 weeks before I called to see why I haven't heard from her, the woman up front said she would have her call and she had been busy with court, ok..understandable. I called twice in September and twice in October and was told by Jullian EACH time that she would call me right back before closing. Here it is November and I still haven't heard anything from her. If she did not feel confident with my case or just flat out didn't want to deal with it then that should've been said from the beginning instead of 2 months later and STILL no response. I finally just said forget it and called to get Brad to look into it and the lady at the front said she would give him my file and well, yeah you guessed it, I STILL haven't heard from him either. If no stars were possible that would've been selected because even a 1 star is too good for this place.

I'm going through bankruptcy and was very nervous and really didn't know who or where to turn to cause I was Newer to alabama and decided to go with Brad Hawley & associates. After meeting Brad and his staff they made my wife and myself feel peace of mind with everything going on and had our back 100%.
