Lack of responsiveness and transparency in handling client funds
“Ryan Hicks was the attorney that closed on my house nearly a year and a half ago. I'm still waiting on him to give me my check for my remaining equity in the house I sold. He has given me no real explanation as to why I haven't received my money and continues to give me the run around. Now he has his secretary screening his calls and I still have no equity funds from when I sold MY house.”
