I hired Mr. Ford as my lawyer in a felony case. He told me my charges were dropped and got me an OR bond. However, months later, while Mr. Ford was still my lawyer on file, and we were still in contact on another case ( that he was not handling to my satisfaction) I was indicted on not only the charge he said was dropped and "resolved" but another one besides. Mr. Ford said nothing to me about this indictment, and I found out about this months later. I had to hire another attorney to straighten this out. What kind of lawyer fails to tell his client they've been indicted on charges that were supposedly dropped? Not a very good one...
