Bret Smith has helped me so many times with family matters. The first time I called him, he made himself available immediately. He was so helpful. Even though the case did not eventually go our way, through no fault of Mr. Smith, he remained kind and supportive of our family. We again contacted him when we needed help with obtaining guardianship of my mother in law. Just today I called again to start the second adoption we will be using Mr. Smith to assist with. We will use the services of Bret Smith any time we can in the future.

HIGHLY recommend!! I’ve experienced cases without him and with him and for family law, there’s no one else I’ll go to now. When the goal is to settle before court, he makes it happen; but if you do end up having to go to trial, he is a rockstar!

Bret was excellent lawyer who was very patient with me regarding all the the questions I had. He stuck with me through the entire year of the issues I had while getting every concern I had resolved in my and my kids best interest. Going back and forth to court could be extremely frustrating but Bret made that process tolerable by keeping me in the loop with everything that was going ok and being filed.

Throughout the whole process, Bret was constantly giving us options and outcomes. He heard us out and fought for what we wanted and nothing less! He was prompt and professional throughout our entire time with him and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.
We had approached many other lawyers about our case and we were told that we would have to compromise our goals, but not with Bret. In the end, we received exactly what we wanted thanks to his determination and expertise.

Mr. Smith is an outstanding lawyer. I am fortunate that I found him to help with my divorce. He knows what he is doing , he will not sugar coat anything, he is no nonsense straight forward attorney.
