Lack of communication and follow-up from the law firm
“4 months later and calling every week he has not himself spoke to my mother in the numerous times every week since that she has contacted his office to speak to him, the receptionist claims she will give him a message to call back and here we are 4 months no calls whatsoever.”

Failure to keep promises made to clients
“To be a multi million dollar lawfirm you'd think that they would atleast keep their word. Guess the old saying about lawyers really do apply to all lawyers. Truly is a shame . I couldn't imagine looking a person in the eye and saying that I will do everything in my power to get you justice amd the person pass away and string their family on for 6 whole months and then have the nerve to call and tell the grieving mother you can't take her case.”
