Settled a lawsuit supposedly 6/01/22 but they still have not paid it. Now suddenly everyone is on vacation and won't return calls since they said check would be sent out by 7/22.

The people that said I had a follow up phone appointment couldn’t find the appointment and told me they don’t even do that. I told them I already had a phone follow up appointment for a certain date and they couldn’t even find it. Be careful using this firm

Haven't heard anything. No updates, no news, no nothing. I was contacting them every time and getting all the details and paperwork etc to make it easier. But nothing from them at all. I have no clue what's going on in my case or if I even have an open case

I tried hiring this firm and was denied because they did not have an attorney in my area to handle my case. I work in Jefferson county.

Called this firm last week on the advice of a local attorney. I had a doc butcher my toe a yr ago, and I was told "toes are big money". I could not even get past the intake call person, whos accent was so think, i had a hard time understanding her. After I explained what happened to my toe and I'm still having pain over a yr later, I thought something should be done. Turns out this firm is ONLY "for the people" if they think ur case can bring in 6 figures. When I was told by the intake person they would not take my case, she refused to give me a reason, any reason as to why they were refusing my case....will never recommend them to anyone.

Do not waiste your time with them. I feel no sense of courtesy and every conversation has felt condescending. I feel like I would be better off trying a the case on my own.

My son hired their attorney in bham to handle his disability case. We had not heard from him for months even though we repeatedly called his office, assistant, we couldn't get a call back. Finally, I after lodging a complaint, he called my son, he was abusive, demeaning and threatened to drop his case if he didn't stop calling. We had not spoken to this man since Dec. It has been 6 months and he was upset we were calling. This is the office in bham.
