Absolutely worthless. Got hit by a car on my bicycle while I had the right of way, and they turned down my case after originally accepting it MONTHS later because I didn’t go to enough doctor appointments. If they weren’t going to take on the case, why did they string me along for MONTHS? As a broke college student, it is incredibly difficult to find the funds to get to the hospital. This organization boosts about helping those who injured and can’t help themselves, but the Birmingham office at least is too slow to prove useful.
