I had an accident in October and contacted the office of M&M in Los Angeles. They assessed my case & took it on. The case manager, Melani Rudkin, sent me to a chiropractor, but when the chiropractor needed approval for imaging (ct scan, etc.), Melani ignored their requests, putting my care in danger because the chiropractor couldn't adjust me or treat me without imaging. When I emailed Melani about the issue, she ignored me as well as subsequent requests from the doctor's office. But I finally dropped M&M when multiple people kept calling and asking for the same information over & over again, using the excuse that "none of my information had made it into the file". I've never encountered such an unprofessional and INCOMPETENT company. These people are actually stupid and trying to do harm in my experience. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM. THEY WILL ACTUALLY HARM YOUR CASE. And they won't care or take accountability.
