Need to improve your customer service response. My father's still waiting to see a physical therapist that you recommended. Have not even spoken with your attorney. Only just the caseworker you provided.

Definitely easy to work with. I could write volumes, but they really try to make the process as easy as possible. With a little bit of effort on my part, it even went from easy to really easy. Long story short, they got the other party's insurance company's attention and jarred them into action while they were dragging their feet. They also interfaced with various insurance elements on my side and made sure everyone was all on the same sheet of music. I know it's their job, and they're experts at it, but it really did feel good that all i really had to worry about was recovery and just let them do their jobs. I'd use them again if I had to (but sure hope this is a one-time issue).

My first case mgr, left the company but believe me that was to your advantage but since Lexus has taken over, her and a young lady named Latrice Thomas have gone above and beyond what I expected. Very professional and most efficient . I haven't been the easiest to deal with, but with there patience, kindness and extreme professionalism this experience has become a much better situation for what could have been much much worse of this I'm sure ! Please give a big 'atta girl ' to both of these two because what they did for me was way above what was required. Hopefully my case will turn out the same lol Either way my deepest thanks again.

Have not heard a word from my case manager since beginning of my case over 4 months now. I've called, no return, I've emailed with no answer. I thought maybe she left the company or something.

They listen and tries to address any concerns that I might have.
