I have only heard from them 2times and I don't know what is going on with my case. Feeling like I was in the dark on any thing with my case.

She is hard to catch a hold of she will message you to set up an appointment and then not call or message nothing she doesn't like working around your schedule I'm only available in the afternoons she likes to do her calls in the morning she doesn't like to make adjustments to her schedule to fit mine the last time I talked with her i messaged her to call me on the app she finally answered it and set up the appointment time then that time came and went still no call waited half hour messaged her again saying i don't understand what the problem is with her calling when she says she's gonna call she finally called shortly after saying she was on a call i believe that she knows her job she is very nice and pleasant to speak with

I'm just in the dark. I really didn't think it would be a long process.

I am still not fully sure of how this works, however Franceenina White has but very patience and friendly to me. I still working and my surgery is Wed the 13th of Dec.

It's been quite an experience for me

Because I have a great relationship with the law firm every accident I call the one's that care This is my family lawyers can't say enough they all do a great job representing me and mine

They have been very empathetic and sensitive. They jumped right on my case as soon as I called. And although I think this is such a small case, they aren't making me feel like a little fish in a big pond.

I have not spoken with my attorney not even once. Communication is terrible and I never get any status updates. I have to continuously call to find out next steps.
