We sometimes humans have misunderstandards. I'm so happy to know that I have a great lawyer and a awesome case manager. That's fighting for me. We often sometimes get frustrand miss things. Nevertheless, it is always great to discuss things In a professional manner. I love the fact that my case manager called me to fix our misunderstanding. It shows that she have a great big heart and that her customers come first. Keep up the good work hanna and Lakisha

I am not updated on my case . I have to call the 800 number just to get in contact with my case worker. I still haven’t resolved my case from 6 months ago my treatment stopped four months ago. Yes horrible experience
Update Since Last Review:
It is worse my accident was in May 2023 and it is now Almost February 2024 … I keep getting the same update which is nothing. No offers just a complete waste of time

I haven't personally spoke with jerry davis but I have spoken to megan gremmel Several times. She seems to care a lot.
