I contacted them for possible representation after a car accident. I just received a callback that they did not have an attorney who could take the case. But they are personal injury attorneys... It is my belief that the lawyers in Birmingham are all friends and tend to blackball certain people looking for help. I would not suggest anyone to contact this firm because you get what you get from a TV advertised attorney.

They have been handling a family member disability case and they are HORRIBLE!! They don't respond back in a timely manner and everytime she reaches out something is going in someone's personal life and they will contact her when they return. She is doing most of the leg work because they are never available. As someone previously mentioned, they starting the paperwork but don't finish. I am currently working to find her another lawyer. Use them at your own risk.

My accident was on the interstate. The young drive of the vehicle that hit me provide inaccurate insurance information to the State Trooper. Morgan & Morgan took care of all issues insurance claims and medical claims. They check on me weekly and my claim was closed within a year with a settlement I was very pleased with.
