We recently closed on our new home and they handled our closing. It was as painless as we could have hoped for. Everyone was very helpful, all the paperwork was filled out and ready for our signatures.

Extremely fast mortgage process. Very responsive. Will use again.

Poor communication. Over a week late in disbursing funds from a closing. Disappointed in their service. Expected more from a law office.

I would not use this firm again even if it was free. They scrambled around the day before my closing trying to get all the information together after having weeks to do it. I got a call from a staff member on the eve of my closing (4:14pm close next day at noon) needing information about who provides my water service. They called my realtor last minute too!!! I expected better from so called professionals. I have a problem with them forgetting to put down the home warranty $660 until the time of closing and not making me aware of the changes from the net sheet I had just gotten 18 hours earlier. When I confronted Josh about it his response was "I'll just tear it all up". What kind of response is that when both parties are there from out of town and depending on a smooth transaction? Is that what kind of service you want at your closing????
