I had a rear-end auto accident case with this law firm. My automobile was totaled and I had several injuries whereby the two major injuries were preexisting injuries that were aggravated greatly by the accident but the insurance company decided to take them off the table as far as me getting restitution. After a year and a half I finally received payment for the accident. I don’t feel I was made whole as my life has totally changed because someone wasn’t paying attention and ran into me. The paralegal I dealt with, Amanda, is very nice and easy to talk with. I give her a high rating. I‘ve talked with Ms. Collins but have yet to meet her. Am I happy? No, but I accepted the offer because I was broke. After attorney fees and a couple of small medical bills I got about a little over half the offer. It may be the best this firm could do.

Attorney Collins and the entire staff at Collins Law were amazing. There are not enough words to express their efficiency, professionalism, care and dedication during the process. My son was in a MVA, that unfortunately resulted in an injury. This was his first major event to navigate as an adult. Attending college and having a delay during his athletic season to have surgery was tough but the team at Collins Law made it easier. I reached out to get additional information in dealing with a personal injury, got them in contact with my son and they took care of the rest. They are extremely informed and educated about the steps and process necessary for a successful case. He spoke highly of them the entire time, even after surgery he received a beautiful care package mailed to our home. They make sure you are involved the entire way, while making you feel like family.
