Worthless they do not return calls! Especially with new evidence!

The Alaska Public Defender Agency does a great job considering its budgetary constraints. They provide more bang for the buck than private counsel, in my experience. The problems Jeremy Ward talks about are not problems with the Alaska Public Defender Agency. They are problems with our society and government as a whole, caused largely by the breakdown of morals and the extended family. Don't criticize the agency with their finger in the dike trying to hold off the overwhelming flood of dysfunctional people. Criticize what caused that flood. And DO something about it. Volunteer!

I've had him as a public defender for over 2 months and he's yet to have a meeting,call, text or email me. No contact at all. I had to go in person to the jail courthouse and track down a different attorney to get a bail hearing and he still has yet to contact me. I had some very important time sensitive issues with my case and he showed no concern. Very unprofessional. Not how you want your case handled very scary
