I am a physician practicing out of Florida. While visiting her family in Alaska , my wife suffered an unfortunate accident. I contacted multiple injury law firms in multiple cities. Most were either un-responsive to messages, or unable to provide accurate information to point us in the right direction. Crowson Law has great staff that provided superior intake of initial info followed by more detailed analysis. Their advice was honest and information provided was very helpful. I contacted the Crowson group for a consult. I appreciated the interactions with their admin and I left the consult with hope, even if it was a sliver. It was great to have open communication with the paralegal, the attorney, and the person who responded to my original inquiry. However, I was surprised to receive an email from someone I hadn't spoken with, informing me that they were refunding my retainer for the same concerns I brought up during my consultation. While I appreciate the professionalism with which the decision was conveyed, I believe the message could have been delivered with more empathy, especially considering the impact of the sudden change in direction on my hope of seeking justice and accountability. Although I understand the complexity of my case, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding the firm's approach and specialty. I knew from well before contacting Crowson that I would need to find a firm willing to explore every possible option and “fight” for knowing thater than discovering later that it did no, and in the manner it was done. Please be thoughtful and considerate in your correspondence, especially when delivering unfortunate news. I may just be another client, but when your life has been forever changed or ruined, like I’m sure many of clients have, “letting us down easy,” can go a long, long way.

After an accident, I chose the Crowson Law Group for competent representation but found more. Crowson team is a class act: competent, courteous and easy to work with. On every team, there are standout performers. Papapa, Danny, and Mark come easily to mind. Papapa figured out that I was unfamiliar with the legal stuff and patiently asked questions to gather pertinent incident information. Superb intake agent!
