“I also was told by the person who answered the phone that I would have better results contacting through email. I did and received a response fairly quickly telling me that she would be available between 2pm and 4pm on the following thursday and asked me to let her know if that was acceptable. I emailed her back and said that yes that would be ok with me and I asked if I should call her or if she would call me. NEVER got a response.”
